Young Impact (YI) is a dynamic program design and development firm.  We partner with progressive colleges, organizations, and businesses--public and private--to transform Generation X and Y leadership potential.

Launched in 2002 with seed funding from Ashoka’s Youth Venture, the YI network is comprised of a growing global consortium of emerging and established social and business leaders. Led by Founder and Chief Impact Officer, Stephen Douglass, YI has delivered in-house program development, keynotes, workshops, and strategic consulting services.

Our flagship event, the StartUp Scramble™, is a break-through venture development program. StartUp Scramble participants align personal and professional missions to take ownership of social and business challenges.  Over this day or weekend-long experience, attendees develop new knowledge, explore and apply underutilized faculties, and build critical leadership capacities.
